What happens next
1. Confirmation. We reply within 1-2 business days with a quote, batch COA, and estimated ship date.
2. Payment. Payment is processed after you confirm the quote. We accept ACH, wire, and select cryptocurrencies. No payment is taken at checkout.
3. Shipping. Cold-chain shipped in insulated packaging with ice packs. Tracking provided at dispatch. Signature required at delivery.
4. Records. Your COA (certificate of analysis) is retained on file for two years and available on request.
