This Privacy Policy explains what information Cellaire Labs ("we", "us", "our"), a trade name operated as a sole proprietorship, collects when you use cellairelabs.com and submit a reservation request, and how we use it.

1. Information we collect

When you submit a reservation request, we collect the details you provide on the form: your name, email address, phone number (optional), the product and vial size you are interested in, your institution or laboratory name, and any notes you include in the message field. We do not collect or process payment information through this site — reservations are confirmed and billed through separate, direct communication.

2. How we use your information

We use the information you submit to review and process your reservation, confirm availability and pricing, coordinate shipping, respond to your questions, and maintain records of our correspondence. We use it only to fulfill your request and to communicate with you about it.

3. Legal basis

We process your information on the basis of your consent (you submit the form voluntarily) and our legitimate interest in responding to your reservation request. You can withdraw consent at any time by not submitting the form or by asking us to delete your information.

4. Third parties

Reservation submissions are transmitted through Formspree, our form-processing provider, which delivers them to our email inbox. Formspree receives the submission data as necessary to process and deliver it. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with marketers or advertising networks. We do not use third-party advertising trackers on this site.

5. Cookies and local storage

This site uses minimal local storage. We store a single session flag in your browser's sessionStorage to remember that you have acknowledged the age and research-use gate during your visit; this is cleared when you close your browser. We do not set third-party tracking or advertising cookies.

6. Data retention

Reservation submissions are retained by Formspree according to their retention policy and in our email correspondence for as long as needed to process your request and maintain business records. You may request deletion of your information at any time (see Your Rights below).

7. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction (for example, under the CCPA in California or the GDPR in the EU), you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and to object to its processing. To exercise any of these rights, email cellairelabs@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days.

8. Children

This site is not intended for anyone under 21. We do not knowingly collect information from individuals under 21. If you believe a minor has submitted information, contact us and we will delete it.

9. Security

We use reasonable measures to protect the information we receive. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we limit collection to what is necessary to process reservations.
