Certificate of Analysis
Available on request · Research use only
A certificate of analysis (COA) is the lab document that reports the purity and identity of a specific lot of a peptide. Every Cellaire Labs lot has a COA on file. COAs are provided on request — they are not bundled with every order by default.
01 / What a COA covers
What’s on the document
A COA for a Cellaire Labs lot reports the following:
- Identity — confirmation that the vial contains the labeled peptide (e.g., by HPLC retention time / mass spec).
- Purity — the percent purity of the lot (typically ≥ 98% for research-grade lyophilized peptides).
- Lot / batch number — the specific lot the COA covers.
- Manufacturer — the originating lab and fill date.
- Test method & date — the analytical method used and when the lot was tested.
Products are sold as-is per the COA for the specific lot. We do not guarantee specific biological outcomes, as these depend on your experimental conditions.
02 / How to request one
Available on request
COAs are not shipped with every order by default — this keeps packaging lean and turnaround fast. If you need the COA for a lot, request it in either of these ways:
- At checkout — add a note in the order form requesting the COA, and we’ll include it with your confirmation reply.
- Any time — email info@cellairelabs.com with the product name and lot number, and we’ll send the COA within 1–2 business days.
03 / Records & retention
Kept on file
Every lot’s COA is retained on file for two years and remains available on request throughout that period. If you need a COA for a lot you ordered previously, email info@cellairelabs.com with the product and lot number and we’ll retrieve it.
