01 / Research summary

What the literature reports

The KLOW Stack combines four peptides in a single lyophilized vial: GHK-Cu (50 mg), BPC-157 (10 mg), TB-500 (10 mg), and KPV (10 mg). KPV is included as an ingredient only — Cellaire does not sell KPV as a standalone product.

Cellaire classifies the KLOW Stack as preclinical evidence. No published clinical trial exists for this specific four-peptide combination. KPV is a C-terminal tripeptide fragment of α-MSH (Lys-Pro-Val) researched in cell-culture and animal models of inflammation. FDA lists KPV on the Category 2 bulk substances review.

03 / Overview

Molecular overview

The KLOW Stack is a co-lyophilized vial containing 50 mg GHK-Cu, 10 mg BPC-157, 10 mg TB-500, and 10 mg KPV. Each peptide remains a separate molecule.

KPV is the tripeptide Lys-Pro-Val, corresponding to the C-terminal three residues of α-melanocyte-stimulating hormone. It is researched in cell-culture inflammatory-bowel models.

The four-peptide combination is unstudied as a single product. Each component's individual preclinical literature is cited on its dedicated product page (except KPV, which is offered only as part of this stack).

None of the components are FDA-approved. All four appear on the FDA Category 2 bulk substances review list.
